A Phase 2 Study Comparing Chemotherapy in Combination with OGX-427 or Placebo in Patients with Bladder Cancer: The goal of this trial is to test whether adding OGX-427 to standard chemotherapy improves survival in people with metastatic bladder cancer, compared to standard chemotherapy alone.

About OGX-427

OGX-427 is an experimental drug which, in preclinical experiments, inhibited production of Heat Shock Protein 27 (Hsp27), a cell survival protein found at elevated levels in many human cancers.
